On cellphone, you have a lots way to avoid unwanted calls. You can simply reject it (it will tell caller that you’re busy), let the phone ring or silent it (it will tell them that you’re not responding), switch off your phone (which will tell them that the cell phone is switched off).

But, if you try to use any of these ways to ignore any person’s calls, they will get it know. So, if you want them not to know that you’re ignoring their calls intentionally, only one voice can protect you i.e., "The subscriber is not reachable, please try after sometime".

Just pull out the battery without switching off your cellphone. Especially then when you’re using network, like browsing internet, downloading something, making calls, etc. The sudden break in connection will start showing your phone number not reachable.

Turn on Flight Mode/Airplane Mode. In many phone, doing this will led to showing not reachable status. However, it is recommended to test the trick first by yourself then use it because in some phones, it throw “Switch Off” message too.

3. Enclosed Steel Container Trick

Enclose your cell phone in a steel container. If you remember, closed steel containers don’t allow network signals to reach the enclosed device. This is also the reason because of which your car has an antenna, it is also a steel containers which can create network problems.

4. Manual Network Selection

Most of the phone’s have network operator selection option which is set to automatic by default so that the SIM card can automatically find nearby authorized networks and register it to provide you service of that network. You just need to change it to manual from automatic and select any random network (which is not authorized for your SIM card) and your network will wipe out. Whenever you want to get the network back, simply change that option from manual to automatic back.

5. SIM Slot Outside?

Do your phone have any SIM card slot outside? Then simply pull out that SIM card once and insert it again. As your phone will not accept SIM card before your phone restarts, it will start showing “not reachable” status for that SIM card number.

6. Forward Calls

Do you have any number that always show not reachable status (like operator’s number, advertisers number, etc.)? Then, just forward your calls to that number, your all calls will be forwarded to that number and caller will hear “not reachable” status.

Well, these are a lots of ways to make your phone unreachable. Use them to ignore unwanted calls without letting them know that you’re intentionally ignoring them.
